Gotta love the plaid. They’re just not leaving. I don’t own one plaid top, but should I? Do you wear plaid?

Finally made it to Neiman Marcus today and checked out their new department store. It doesn’t look any different than the ones I saw on the Eastcoast. I imagined NM to be bigger, but I suppose in size it’s similar to the Nordstroms at Bellevue Square.

Nordstrom has great women’s contemporary wear and men’s contemporary wear, but Neiman Marcus may have a better selection and more choices and more stock.

Neiman Loves Elizabeth and James and is so loyal to Vince. Both their men and women’s departments have almost everything from Vince.

The night was amazing and spectacular. From beginning to end, it was the ‘Best Show of the Week!’ Best for last is what the Bellevue Collection planned iMO. Checking in was smooth and when doors opened it was clear not to step over the catwalk and find seats accordingly.

Congrats to Bellevue Collection for raising $43,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue and thank you Anne Vincent of Vogue for being so kind to come the only beautiful Bellevue to show us the latest trends from various retailers at the Bellevue Collection.

What happened at the Nordstrom Bellevue Square Fashion Show for Bellevue Fashion Week!!! AHHH!! Relax, I’m here. I’ll tell you what went down…

Rumor has it that this is THE better or best shows of fashion available in all of Washington State is on the Eastside. So grateful I only blab about the Eastside right?

Let’s begin with the program… everything on the Essential Items for Fall 2009 was on point! In all respect, I see so many editorials here in Seattle and others that get it all wrong.

Nordstrom Bellevue Square hosts a Sold Out Fall Runway show at Bellevue Fashion Week to benefit Detlef Schrempf Foundation.

Approximately 500 guests enjoyed a cocktail reception and on-site boutique shopping along with a runway fashion show featuring the fall 2009 collections from DVF, Elizabeth and James, Haute Hippe, Hugo Boss, Leifsdotter, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Milly, Rag & Bone and Vince.

Tickets for the event were $150 for VIP access including runway seating and $50 for general admission. Proceeds from all ticket sales benefit the DS Foundation.

September is just way too exciting!! There are so many shows going on here in Bellevue. It kicks off with the September Issue on Tuesday September 29th, followed by Bellevue Square Nordstrom who will present their fourth annual Bellevue Fashion Week fall runway fashion show to benefit the Detlef Schrempf Foundation.

Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception and on-site boutique shopping along with a runway fashion show featuring the fall 2009 collections from Diane von Furstenberg, Elizabeth and James, Haute Hippie, Hugo Boss, Leifsdotter, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Milly, Rag & Bone and Vince.

The crazier the better. There weren’t enough prints for the summer that it’s being carried on into the fall season. There is no right print per se, but you get the idea. Big printed mini’s (or long maxi’s) will serve well.
