Tucked away on the Sammamish Plateau, east of Bellevue is the first fashion boutique that established itself there about 6 years ago, which is now a local household name, Mercer. Now, it has opened 6 retail stores, one being in Bellevue Square and University Village in addition to the locations in California.

From a humble start it has becoming a multi-chain retailer.

When I lived on the Plateau, I remember it carrying Lacoste, but now it has extended their merchandise to its extensive designer denim wall to printed dresses. It is the perfect place for the locals or Plateau visitors to make a quick pit-stop or if Bellevue seems too far of a trip, it is so convenient to just swing by while picking up your groceries at QFC.
