It’s been a while since I’ve visited the mall and was surprised to see all the new stores coming in and some going out and others playing musical chairs.

Let’s begin by welcoming Report Shoes’ first retail store here in Bellevue, WA. The headquarters is just down the street in Factoria.

Martin+Osa, and Movado have vanished. Who will take over these spaces? Not to mention there is a huge vacant space where the old Eddie Bauer store was previously located.

I wrote a previous post about all these things going on at Bellevue Square with a pondering question of what the Vault was. Oh My Gash! I figured out what the Vault is and I can’t close my dropped jaw.

So David Lawrence wants out and the Vault moves in. Are you kidding? Really? Bebe’s not at the mall anymore, but the Vault is coming in?

I am having a difficult time comprehending or making any sense in this, can someone help?

Okay, you’re probably wondering by this point, what VAULT is. Boy, let me be the one to tell you.

Imagine this, if Kemper Developments and Schnitzer West joined hands one day to have the most KICK ASS Bellevue Fashion Week show. That would be just SICK (slang for fab). If there would be one way to top off the Vogue Fashion Show from Saturday, it would be if The Shops at the Bravern and The Bellevue Collection did a collaboration for the Fall 2010 show and forward.

If Hermes, Ferragamo, Neiman Marcus, David Lawrence, Louis Vuitton, Anthropologie, Hugo Boss, Nordstrom, Burberry, Michael Kors, Burberry and Voletta Couture did a show at the Meydenbauer, I think that it would be a success!

The night was amazing and spectacular. From beginning to end, it was the ‘Best Show of the Week!’ Best for last is what the Bellevue Collection planned iMO. Checking in was smooth and when doors opened it was clear not to step over the catwalk and find seats accordingly.

Congrats to Bellevue Collection for raising $43,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Bellevue and thank you Anne Vincent of Vogue for being so kind to come the only beautiful Bellevue to show us the latest trends from various retailers at the Bellevue Collection.

Nordstrom Bellevue Square hosts a Sold Out Fall Runway show at Bellevue Fashion Week to benefit Detlef Schrempf Foundation.

Approximately 500 guests enjoyed a cocktail reception and on-site boutique shopping along with a runway fashion show featuring the fall 2009 collections from DVF, Elizabeth and James, Haute Hippe, Hugo Boss, Leifsdotter, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Milly, Rag & Bone and Vince.

Tickets for the event were $150 for VIP access including runway seating and $50 for general admission. Proceeds from all ticket sales benefit the DS Foundation.
