Sam Bisso Photography, Stunning

I came across images from Sam Bisso Photographer on Monica Rose’s blog and thought his work was just amazing.

They’re so beautiful and clean. It really takes my breathe away because there is so much in each photo. I’d love to buy a book just on his fashion editorials.

Spring Zara Men 2010 is Steaming

Zara Men can be a hit or miss. Some seasons they’ve designed some rocking collection. For April and May I feel like there was more attention spent on Zara Men than women (hence the fact that I didn’t post a Zara Women lookbook).

The first batch of images are from April

Variations of denim distressing and white, khaki, plaid still make the trend list for men this season. Don’t forget the preppy combed back hair!

Kris Van Assche Spring’10 for Men

Many, many months ago I talked about Kris Van Assche’s Spring 2009 line and I mentioned it because it caught my short span attention. This year his work is more sophisticated than last year’s spring line, if you know what I mean.

Everything fits the neutral blacks, whites and nudes that seem to be a major trend this season. Here’s a trivial fact: “in 2007, KVA replaced Hedi Slimane as Dior Creative Director and he now designs both Dior Homme and his own collection.”

T-Magazine Reminded Me It Was 4/20

Patrik Ervell’s web site was featured on the New York Time’s T-Magazine and it just tricked me out.

I think it’s pretty clever. Check out Patrick Ervell’s site for more.

You can even buy from his site. It really makes you want to buy his collection, really!

I wonder how the model felt as he was being filmed…

Singing In The Rain

Do men wear rainboots?

In the film Singing in the Rain from the 1950′s the movieposter doesn’t depict men wearing them so I’m wondering if they wear them now, especially here in the PNW.

There weren’t much a selection when I was searching for rainboots for men. They look industrial like it’s made for people that work in tough trenches.

Is there a market for edgy rainboots?

How could women get away with flower printed or polka dotted rainboots and men have to get their feet soaked in their leather loafers?

Hottest Item: Kerin.Rose

(img source: kerin.rose)

Everything is just overly RIDICULOUS. It’s the hottest celebrity adorned item right now.

There is nothing ‘mainstream’ about this accessories company. It’s going to make 2010 history.

Who’s going to make the knock off of these? I call bebe.

Can You Jean Jacket?

True Religion, Diesel, G Star, Obey, Nudie Jeans, Closed, Nudies, True Religion

For those that are still hesitant, thinking that it’s only for the ladies or just an outdated 80′s style. You are wrong.

To prove that it is actually a current style, here is a recent picture of David Beckham wearing a denim jacket at a Laker’s game.

He is looking amazing. I think he stamps the denim jacket approval.

It’s modern, street fashion made for the every day man.

SATC 2 Extended Trailor

I had no desire to watch the sequel to Sex and the City because I didn’t want to ruin the past SATC episodes and movie, but I am now reconsidering…

Can I Take A Picture by Scott Schuman

I’ve always been a huge fan of Scott Schumann from the Sartorialist blog. In a recent post, he had stated in the Italian Vogue Pelle that Giovanna Battaglia (Fashion Director of Vogue Pelle and Sartorialist Super-All-Star) loved the idea of the photographer/blogger being more stylishly dressed than the subjects of the photo.

Therefore, there’s a whole spread of images based upon that idea of stylish photographers than the photographed subject.

The video above has inspired me to take something full on. Come back by the end of the month to see…
