VueSociety 2.0 Needs A New Camera

March 8th, 2010

Suggestions?

A close videographer has recommended the Canon G11 for starters. I am no photog pro, so could use some recommendations…

If I start enjoying the hobby of picture taking, I may look into a DSLR in the future…

Partial Irrelevance, but I have to say it…

Bellevue Fashion Week & Seattle Fashion Week 2010

January 30th, 2010

Connected by 2 bridges, (I-90 and 520) and only 10 miles apart is the existence of 2 very different Fashion Weeks. As the term ‘fashion’ is becoming more common in the language spoken here in the northwest, the terminology ‘Fashion Week’ is yet to be established in a more reputable manner.

I feel as if there is a lot of hesitation and ignorance happening with these Fashion Weeks by the locals or the acceptance of a non-fashion society that is slowly making its way to becoming a city or region of the country where fashion is developing and maturing is still yet to happen.

Forever 21 Changed Shopping Forever.

January 21st, 2010

When an average piece of clothing at Forever 21 only costs you $20, why would you want to spend $50, $80 or even over $100 on that similar piece or even dress.

In this consumeristic American culture where clothing is a disposable consumption, why splurge on your entire wordrobe when you can budget it out better?

I’m assuming that no one really has an entire wardrobe of only Forever 21, H&M or Target pieces, but they do take up space in your closet.

Buying Luxury Bags Online

January 18th, 2010

Buying bags/purses online can be nerve-wrecking if you’re not a bag snob.

A bag of quality and of designer can begin at $800 for a small purse for up to $30,000+ for an Hermes.

I think an average luxury bag ranges at the $2,000 mark plus and minus $300 that includes Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga to smaller Chanel’s etc.

Are you going after Xmas Shopping?

They Speak to Me

December 11th, 2009

I’m always talking about what I like. That doesn’t necessarily mean that I would wear them. They’re just favorable in my eyes.

If you’re curious as to know what pieces speak to me this Holiday, you can just click above and see in further detail.

I would own every single piece if …

A. I had a smashing body

B. My credit card allowed me to swipe

C. All of the above
