The Eastside’s Asian population is definitely making a statement. Therefore it’s natural to bring their oversea’s fashion onto Bellevue/Eastside turf.
The one trend that is hard for me to accept is one that I saw regularly when visiting Korea and Japan, the idea of ‘Couple Tees’ or Couples Dressing Alike.

It’s great to see such “love”… but if I saw it every day like in Korea.. I’d vomit.

I think my giggling at the pictures kind of answers that question. I don’t think it’s a bad thing, but I think it’s definitely…. a “look.” And yes, if you’re a couple deeply in love, I’m sure even dressing all matchy-matchy and getting giggles from those around you, your love will see you through, Mr. and Mrs. Brangelina. Mr. and Mrs. Smith? More like Mr. and Mrs. Gray.
