I think getting into a mindset of retail as excavation versus impulse is a good way to set one&#039;s practice towards making decisions that balance quality with cost. I&#039;m an online shopping fiend, so I like to go with shops that have free shipping and good return/exchange policies.</description>

My favorite stores besides Neimans or Nordstroms, is H&amp;M, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Value Village &amp; consignment stores - for those great vintage clothes.
