Denim Warehouse Sale Coming!

I’ve been to one at the Metropolitan Pavilion in NYC and got some pretty good deals on designer jeans. This event beats any other discounted store whether it be Nordstrom Rack, Loehmann’s, TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshalls and even the Outlet stores.
Rethinking Macy’s…
Over the weekend, I was at Bellevue Square and was browsing through the 2nd floor of Macy’s. To my surprise, the relatively conservative International Concepts (INC, Macy’s inhouse design brand) was relatively trendy from the pieces I saw on the sales floor.
Maybe it had to do with the fact that I saw a lot of glitz and sequin. The men’s section didn’t seem to be as forward, but the women’s were definitely a GRAND SLAM! Check out their INC Trend Report.

Launch of Easy Money @Nordstrom
According to WWD.com there’s news that Denim veterans Michael Glasser and Joie Rucker plan to score with Nordstrom with the launch of Easy Money.
The label will be available at Nordstrom the first week of December. The launch is Glasser and Rucker’s first venture of producing a product that retails below $100. That’s a steal! Easy Money is the second launch following the Cj by Cookie Johnson line.
