Lauren Conrad is from the hit MTV reality show Laguna Beach then moved onto the Hills. She recently wrote a book after she regretted being on these reality shows called, L.A. Candy, a novel. Get your copy.

These days, it looks like a lot of Reality TV ‘stars’ are writing their own books.
