Uggs are available at your local Nordstroms all year long. Do you really want to wear them all year long? Please don’t wear them all year long. It. is. tacky.
Check out the LA version from 2007.
If I ever see these here, I might just throw eggs at them. It’s unattractive.

I totally agree!! What’s crazy is the girls in Scottsdale wearing them. WHA? It’s 100 degrees out!!
I jumped on the uggs bandwagon in the winter of 2007. Got mine at Nordstrom, Bellevue square. I was so excited. I live downtown and desperately needed a comfortable shoe to walk in, that didn’t appear to be a lesbian shoe (sorry lesbians, I love you…really…but if I WERE to join the crew I would go lipstick lesbian)…ok sorry, back to uggs….I bought the shorter, “Cove” in mocha. Those damn things were so hot, even in the winter I couldn’t wear socks and pretty soon that meant they were stinky.
I just put mine on freecycle and someone grabbed them instantly…hmmm, wonder if she’ll be wearing them over the summer?
no more uggs.
Yea, No uggs. They must be banned.
Don’t you think Nordstroms should stop selling them in the summer? Wouldn’t you think it was taking up table space?
Amen Sister! Ugg boots are worn so inappropriately. If you don’t know how to wear them, don’t wear them at all. *Hint: if your legs are exposed by wearing hot shorts or mini skirts, and you’ve paired it with Uggs–you don’t know how to wear them.
In short, I believe Uggs should be banned. There is no way to pull them off, they’re just too ugly. And if there is a way, there are much better, more stylish options out there.
I hate girls saying they buy Uggs because they’re “comfortable” and “warm.” Living in Seattle, it is never so ridiculously cold that normal shoes won’t suffice. There are plenty of comfortable and warm boots out there which actually look good that you can replace your Uggs with.
As a male who is into stylish dressing (and tries to wear dress shoes frequently) I would like to ask all girls to burn any Uggs they have. Please, the female body is a beautiful thing, let’s keep it that way.
