Those that know me personally can agree that I love costume jewelry so it must be discussed.
They make any dull outfit alive! It was first popular in the beginning of ‘08 and it’s still around. J.Crew was one of the few retailers that had the beautiful bib necklaces and due to its popularity it can still be found in the stores today (version 2009).
